Vision for Education is seeking motivated graduates to join its Cover Supervisor Programme as a Coversupervisor, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher. No teaching qualifications or prior school experience are required, and full training is provided.

Candidates who can commit to at least four days a week can develop strong classroom management skills and progress toward teacher training, with opportunities to grow within education.

Formación

Join a leading education provider to work as a Coversupervisor.

Salary: £100 - £130 per day

Coversupervisor - £100 - £120 per day (Salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Vision for Education is inviting motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join our highly successful Cover Supervisor Programme (CSP). This programme is designed for individuals who are looking to transition into teaching and want to build valuable classroom experience before applying for teacher training.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. Full training is provided, so no teaching qualifications or prior school experience are required.

Graduates from academic, sporting, and performance backgrounds tend to excel in these roles due to their confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.

We offer a range of flexible placements, but candidates who can commit to a minimum of four days per week are particularly sought after. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills while earning £400-£600 per week.

Requirements
