Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Graduate / Trainee Project Manager to join our established construction subcontracting team in Tewkesbury. No prior project management experience is required as full training will be provided.

You will work with experienced Project Managers and Contracts Managers, gradually taking on more responsibility as you learn the ropes and develop confidence on live projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a construction-related degree or similar.
• Willing to learn and develop a long-term career.
• Full driving licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivery of construction projects.
• Support project managers with day-to-day coordination.
• Liaise with clients, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Help organise labour, materials and deliveries.
• Monitor project programmes and key deadlines.
• Attend site meetings and progress meetings.
• Assist with project documentation, reports and records.
• Support health & safety requirements and site procedures.
• Visit sites to monitor progress and ensure works are completed correctly.
• Learn project management from order to handover.
