Bidwells is seeking a motivated Graduate Project Manager to join the London office (with a Cambridge base) and gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of construction projects.

You will support delivery from inception to completion, contribute to project programmes, and assist with contract administration while working alongside industry experts. The two-year graduate development programme and APC support are embedded in the role.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with a good level of skill in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work on own proactive initiative.
• Willingness to learn new skills and systems along with good administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Good team-player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Full UK Driving license & access to a vehicle

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop strategic project programmes and secure contracts.
• Assist with contract administration and meeting documentation.
• Share technical and market insights and maintain client/internal contacts.
• Maintain timesheets and expenses with focus on chargeable hours and commercial impact.
• Participate in ongoing learning to develop professional and technical skills.
• Assist with team administration and document management.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties to support team operations.
