Job summary

Galliford Try Group is launching its Graduate Development Programme in Leicester for September 2027. The two-year scheme runs alongside your permanent role, delivering seven development modules and offering mentorship and funded professional qualifications.

You will gain hands-on experience in identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and coordinating project delivery across the group while earning a starting salary of £29,500 and benefiting from extensive benefits and agile working

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Estate Management / Property Management (or similar).
• Full UK driving licence by 6th September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track and develop future opportunities for GT Investments, predominantly in the Build to Rent sector.
• Engage with clients, land owners and funding partners to develop a relationship and understand needs and drivers.
• Coordinate the project process, ensuring all parties understand responsibilities and strategy.
• Assist in the preparation, writing and submission of proposals reflecting client requirements and manage risks.
• Coordinate, manage and attend client and project team meetings; support bid presentations.
• Support development appraisals ensuring timely, cost-inclusive inputs.
