Worley is seeking a Graduate Engineer for Construction in the UK, with opportunities across London and Manchester. You will gain hands-on experience in planning, coordination and delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects, working in either the Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Piping disciplines, both on site and in offices.

You will complete a two-year Graduate Development Programme with a clear pathway into a long-term construction career, supported by mentoring and exposure to project

Formación

• Accredited degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering completed recently or soon.
• Interest in construction, project delivery and site operations.
• Willingness to travel across project sites and offices in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects.
• Develop designs and deliverables within Civil/Structural or Mechanical/Piping disciplines.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project management and construction teams.
• Gain site experience in supervision, safety, quality, reporting and turnover.
• Build stakeholder-management skills with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
