ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd is seeking a Management Trainee - Construction in Brierley Hill. This role offers training across commercial disciplines, with exposure to quantity surveying, buying and estimating, plus site visits to understand project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Construction Management.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Good communication and collaboration with colleagues, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Full UK driving licence; willing to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the quantity surveying team with cost management, valuations and admin.
• Assist with preparation of estimates, tender submissions and project costings.
• Work with the buying team on procurement and subcontractor packages.
• Obtain and review quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Develop understanding of drawings, specs and contract docs.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attend site visits to gain practical experience and project delivery insight.
• Progress to increased responsibility as experience grows.
