Job summary

SITA Borders in the UK runs a 12-month Talent Accelerator Graduate Programme. You will work on business-critical projects across Bids/Pre-sales and Commercial, supporting teams with analysis, creating business cases and process improvements.

You will gain hands-on exposure to high-value project work, with potential to specialise and progress via our apprenticeship pathway, building foundations for a long-term career at SITA Borders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear outputs.
• Interest in commercial activity, bids/pre-sales and analytics in aviation.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across teams.
• Experience with Power BI, data analysis or AI productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting, bids/pre-sales and commercial activities across projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to strengthen bid responses and business cases.
• Build reusable bid assets and proposal content libraries for efficiency.
