Babcock International invites applications for its Commercial Graduate Programme starting September 2027. The two-year scheme includes four six-month placements across UK sites including Plymouth, Bristol, Warrington, Walsall and Cheltenham, with opportunities at HM Naval Base Clyde and Rosyth.

You will analyse opportunities, shape proposals, negotiate terms and manage contracts while gaining exposure to civil nuclear, aviation services and marine projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject.
• Interest in a career in Commercial.
• Eligible for BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsabilités

• Support commercial bids and manage contracts across placements.
• Analyse opportunities and shape proposals.
• Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Contribute to bids in Civil Nuclear, aviation services, and Marine sectors.
