Mott MacDonald is seeking passionate Graduate Civil & Structural Engineers to join our teams across Energy sectors in the UK. You’ll work with experienced professionals on projects spanning Transmission & Distribution, Nuclear & Defence, and Hydropower, contributing to sustainable, low‑carbon infrastructure.

Our graduate program includes mentoring, training, and a three‑year development pathway. You’ll engage in FEED and detailed design, civil and structural design, and option studies, with

Qualificações

• Recent graduates with less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Bachelor’s degree obtained no earlier than 2025 or expected in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Strong interest in energy sector projects and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design phases across sectors.
• Civil works design, including earthworks, embankments, retaining walls, drainage systems.
• Structural design covering foundations, beams, columns, and connections.
• Feasibility studies and optioning to identify optimal solutions.
• Site visits to assess conditions and support construction phases.
