Job summary

Mott MacDonald in the UK is looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our energy and infrastructure teams, delivering sustainable solutions that make a real impact.

You’ll work with experienced engineers on multidisciplinary projects, from energy transition and thermal systems to nuclear domains, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and a structured early careers development programme.

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Building Services, obtained no earlier than 2025.
• Master's degree may be essential for some opportunities – reflected in application list.
• Eligible to achieve security clearance in the UK.
• UK British national or five years of residency in the UK for clearance.
