Job summary

Mott MacDonald in the UK is seeking Civil Engineers at senior levels to join our Civil and Structural Team, delivering design and project management across power generation and HV transmission projects. You will work on schemes from FEED to detailed design, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with Eurocodes and related standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced structural engineering knowledge including load-bearing capacity and design codes.
• Proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS or similar for modeling and analysis.
• Experience with BIM technologies and their application to design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Project management of structural engineering projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Proposal writing and cost estimation for projects.
• Lead FEED activities related to structural components.
• Design coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Preparation of drawings for planning applications and tender packages.
• Detailed civil/structural design work and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with architects and electrical engineers to integrate designs.
• Ensure compliance with standards and conduct design reviews.
