Job summary

Arup in the UK invites graduates to join our Civil and Structural engineering teams. You will work on a diverse range of critical infrastructure projects, gaining hands‑on experience within project delivery teams and collaborating with engineers and specialists.

We support your growth toward Chartered status, provide structured training, mentoring, and exposure to digital engineering tools, BIM awareness, and challenging assignments across sectors.

Qualifications

• Masters level (MEng or MSc) in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical engineering.
• Interest in renewable energy, power transmission, water, maritime, defence or site development sectors.
• Analytical mindset and drive for technical excellence.
• Willingness to develop expertise through training and on‑the‑job learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
• Gain hands‑on experience in design and delivery of civil works including foundations, earthworks and utilities.
• Use industry tools and develop skills in engineering analysis and design software.
• Contribute to projects advancing UK net‑zero ambitions.
