Job summary

Babcock International Group in Plymouth offers the Civil and Structural Engineering Graduate Programme at Devonport. Over two years you’ll rotate through technical design, facilities management and project management, gaining broad exposure to engineering challenges on site and in the design office.

From day one you’ll receive structured training and mentoring, with masterclasses in communication, resilience and wellbeing, and support toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Security clearance requirements (BPSS, SC, NNPI) may apply for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings, models and reports.
• Carry out structural analysis using finite element methods.
• Conduct site surveys to assess asset condition and performance.
• Support design modifications and new-build projects across the full design lifecycle.
