Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Cardiff office, where you will support the delivery of clean and wastewater infrastructure projects for local and national clients. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will sit within a local engineering team in our Cardiff office and work closely with specialists across multiple disciplines to deliver water sector projects for clients across Wales, the wider region and the UK. Key projects may include clean and wastewater treatment process upgrades, infrastructure improvements and programmes that help clients deliver more resilient water services and improved environmental outcomes across Wales and beyond. This role will give you exposure to engineering activities from feasibility through to construction, including the production of calculations, analysis and drawings, while developing practical knowledge of how civil engineering supports sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will help develop and deliver practical design solutions for our clients.
