Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. invites applications for its 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer in Cardiff, supporting clean and wastewater infrastructure projects for local and national clients from feasibility through to construction.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to present design solutions, contribute to reports and bids, and progress toward ICE chartership as part of a structured graduate development programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• Adaptable and collaborative; able to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities from feasibility through to construction, including detailed calculations, analysis and drawings.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other industry software to present design solutions for clients.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, bids and proposals.
• Provide technical input on civil engineering matters to support the wider project team.
• Attend meetings and workshops with clients and colleagues from other disciplines.
