Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. are seeking a Graduate Technical Sales Engineer for the Ground Engineering sector in the Northwest.
The role combines technical civil engineering knowledge with consultative sales to win and grow projects across the UK infrastructure and residential markets. You will work on inbound leads, nurture relationships, prepare quotes, and coordinate site visits while building a pipeline with local authorities and large frameworks.
Qualifications
- Degree within Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
- Knowledge of the Ground Engineering sector; commercial understanding.
Responsabilités
- Acting upon warm inbound leads generated by the website.
- Using contacts to generate new leads and new sales within the infrastructure sector.
- CRM and lead generation software usage.
- Pre-qualifying the inbound leads, arranging site visits, producing quotes based on clients' requirements.
- Following up to close the sale.
- Build relationships with clients and potential clients across the area.
- Create a targeted process to generate new sales.
- Work towards working with local authority contracts and large frameworks.
