Job summary

Bennett and Game is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to strengthen its growing team. You will manage projects from desk studies to design and reporting, and travel across the UK to sites as needed.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in geotechnical engineering, with strong site investigation and reporting skills. Flexible working options are available in this expanding multidisciplinary practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related geotechnical field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ geotechnical experience with site investigations and reporting.
• Experience with borehole drilling, soil testing and geotechnical assessments.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects across residential, commercial and public sector developments.
• Conduct desk studies, ground investigations and geotechnical assessments.
• Produce geotechnical and factual/interpretative reports.
• Design shallow and deep foundations, retaining walls, and slopes as required.
• Liaise with clients, authorities and multidisciplinary teams; mentor juniors.
