Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead projects across residential, commercial and public sector developments. You will manage investigations, analyses and reporting, ensuring high-quality geotechnical designs and client satisfaction.

The role supports mentoring of junior staff and active involvement in business development, with flexible working across multiple office locations in the Midlands and the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience delivering geotechnical reports and designs for varied projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects across residential, commercial and public sector developments.
• Conduct desk studies, ground investigations and geotechnical assessments.
• Produce geotechnical and interpretative reports, designs and calculations.
• Coordinate site visits and supervise ground investigation works.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
