Job summary

Stantec is offering a 2027 Graduate Programme for a Graduate Civil Engineer in Bristol. You will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team delivering civil design for energy projects nationwide, with a focus on transmission and distribution infrastructure.

As a graduate, you will work closely with project managers and other disciplines, supporting FEED and detailed design while developing practical, robust solutions. Office presence is four days a week to enable mentorship and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist civil engineering design for grid infrastructure projects.
• Support enabling infrastructure and energy building design work.
• Contribute to renewable energy developments (e.g., energy from waste, hydropower).
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to produce drawings and calculations.
