Job summary

Stantec is recruiting a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Gloucester office as part of the 2027 Graduate Programme. You will work within a close‑knit Civil Engineering team delivering drainage and external works projects, contributing to planning, design and delivery across diverse sectors including university, education, data centre and leisure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BEng) is required or expected.
• Familiarity with drainage design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfoWorks, MicroDrainage) is beneficial.
• Interest in Buildings sector and pursuing professional registration with ICE.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drainage and external works design across RIBA stages from concept to construction support.
• Develop drainage strategies and SuDS solutions for projects in the South West.
• Produce drawings and models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfoWorks and MicroDrainage.
