Job summary

Kier Group is recruiting Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Infrastructure teams on Environment Agency projects across Exeter/Devon. The role offers a structured 2-year programme, permanent full-time, with a starting salary of £31,000 per year and a potential car allowance up to £4,750 where eligible.

Qualifications

• ICE accredited degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or closely related discipline is required.
• Graduates due 2027 or within the last 3 years are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrates genuine interest in civil engineering and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and management of project designs, plans and specifications.
• Supporting the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
• Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to solve technical issues and ensure project success.
• Preparing technical reports, documentation and providing project updates.
