The role emphasizes analytical thinking, research, stakeholder engagement and clear communication, with opportunities to contribute to market research, proposals and client work across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a people-focused field such as Psychology incl. Organisational Psychology or related disciplines; other qualifications considered.
• Modules related to people-focused fields such as organisational psychology, behavioural science, HR management, organisational development, leadership, workforce capability, change management are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis and stakeholder engagement to diagnose organisational challenges.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams with consultants, engineers and specialists; participate in client meetings and workshops.
• Contribute to design of people strategies, operating models and workforce solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Develop client-ready outputs: reports, presentations, workshop materials, and communications.
• Support business development activities including market research, proposals and client engagement.
