Job summary

Arup is seeking a Graduate People & Organisations Consultant to support organisational change and people-focused projects in Birmingham. You will work on transformation initiatives across sectors, analyse data and develop evidence-based insights, and assist with stakeholder engagement and client workshops.

You will prepare high-quality reports and deliverables while collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to drive sustainable outcomes for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Copy of academic transcript required.
• Full working rights in the UK without sponsorship.
• No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role.
• Recently graduated or on track to graduate before employment starts.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of organisational change, transformation and people-focused projects.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to develop evidence-based insights.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and interviews.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables including reports and presentations.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to improve organisational performance.
