Job summary

Arup is expanding its North Advisory People & Organisations team in Leeds and Manchester, seeking Senior Consultants to apply organisational transformation, people and change expertise on complex client engagements. You will diagnose challenges and translate analysis into practical recommendations improving performance and enabling change.

You will design diagnostics, lead workshops, and manage client relationships while contributing to methodology development and tools within the practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline; working towards CIPD/BPS accreditation.
• Experience in consulting or in-house roles with exposure to two People & Organisation capability areas.
• Analytical capability with recognised research and data analysis approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver larger and more complex components of projects within People & Organisation.
• Design and deliver organisational diagnostics, workshops and outputs grounded in recognised theory.
• Build and manage client and internal relationships to support delivery and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure work meets scope, quality and commercial expectations while contributing to methodologies and tools.
