Job summary

Arup is seeking a Graduate People & Organisations Consultant to support organisational change and people-focused projects in Birmingham. You will work on transformation initiatives across sectors, analyse data and develop evidence-based insights, and assist with stakeholder engagement and client workshops.

You will prepare high-quality reports and deliverables while collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to drive sustainable outcomes for clients and communities.

The Opportunity

Our People & Organisations team helps clients improve organisational performance by aligning people, structures, culture and ways of working with strategic objectives. We solve complex challenges across infrastructure, transport, government, energy and the built environment. Our work spans organisational change, culture transformation, leadership and capability development, workforce planning, team effectiveness, organisational design and behavioural change, helping clients deliver sustainable outcomes and successfully implement change.

• Support the delivery of organisational change, transformation and people-focused consulting projects for clients across a range of sectors.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and develop evidence-based insights and recommendations.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, interviews and collaborative client sessions.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, communications and change materials.
• Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to help clients improve organisational performance through organisational development, leadership, culture and behavioural change initiatives.

For this opportunity, we are seeking the following qualifications, skills and attributes:
A bachelor`s degree in a relevant academic discipline, such as Psychology (inc. Organisational Psychology), Business & Commerce.
