Job summary

Arup is seeking a People & Organisations Consultant in Edinburgh or Glasgow to apply organisational transformation knowledge and deliver complex client engagements. You will diagnose organisational challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance and enable change.

You will design diagnostics, workshops and outputs grounded in recognised theory while building strong client relationships and contributing to proposals, methodologies and capability growth

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline and working towards CIPD or BPS accreditation.
• A track record in consulting or relevant in-house roles with experience in at least two People & Organisation capability areas.
• Analytical capability, including use of recognised research and data analysis approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver larger and/or more complex components of projects, applying knowledge of a defined capability area (e.g. organisational development, culture & change, leadership, team effectiveness) and translating analysis into practical recommendations.
• Design and deliver organisational diagnostics, workshops and outputs grounded in recognised theory and practice.
• Build and manage effective client and internal relationships to support delivery and collaboration; contribute to proposal development, work winning and network building.
• Deliver work in line with agreed scope, quality and commercial expectations and contribute to the development of methodologies, tools and capability within the People & Organisation practice.
