Responsibilities

• Support project managers with day-to-day coordination and maintain project plans.
• Prepare governance materials, capture minutes and decisions.
• Contribute to delivering Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and cloud solutions.
• Track timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Capture requirements and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and standards.
• Learn delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall) and digital transformation practices.
• Build relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders.
