Job summary

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions across new communication channels and digital media. This Manchester-based role supports the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled ways of working, with training materials and campaigns to engage diverse stakeholder audiences.

You will learn through mentoring and hands-on project work, gaining expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform and cloud technologies while contributing to real client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2:1 or equivalent in a technology-related field or business discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with the ability to propose fresh ideas and adapt messaging.

Responsibilities

• Support change management initiatives for adopting Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Develop clear communications, campaigns and stakeholder updates explaining new tools and processes.
• Contribute to training materials, user guides, workshops and adoption sessions for diverse audiences.
• Assist with process and user journey mapping, and identify opportunities for automation and Copilot/Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects and stakeholders to translate insights into adoption activities.
• Support AI & Automation Factory and Copilot adoption projects through discovery, content creation and demos.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates across teams.
• Grow knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform and cloud technologies to improve delivery quality.
