Job summary

HMA Tax, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Graduate Sales Executive for our Worcester/Ombersley area. You will make outbound B2B calls to business owners, promote our Capital Allowance services and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate, with some sales experience preferred but full training provided, and a proactive, energetic, team-oriented approach. This is a dynamic, fast-growing consultancy with clear progression.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.

• Work from our CRM system to manage the pipeline.

• Must be able to work from Ombersley office, WR9.

The Role

Our Sales Executives play a pivotal part in the success of our business. Your role will involve making outbound B2B calls, directly connecting with business owners. Your knack for building relationships and fostering rapport will shine as you discuss & promote our Capital Allowance Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients
• Arranging appointments for BDM's once a Business Owner expresses interest in taking the conversation further
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Working from our comprehensive CRM system
• Deliver exceptional service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable client experience
