Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion in Building Surveying (2:1 min).
• Understand technical aspects of building surveying with interest in real estate and built environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness for building surveying work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and surveys.
• Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assist with cost estimates for projects.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support project teams in delivering building projects.
