Job summary

Turner & Townsend’s Graduate Building Surveyor programme provides two years of hands-on experience within our Real Estate teams, supporting the APC via the Building Surveying pathway. You’ll work on dilapidations, due diligence, development monitoring, and project management across diverse property types and sectors.

Based in the UK, you’ll receive a structured development plan, practical training, and a dedicated Graduate Development Manager to guide you toward RICS accreditation while

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion in Building Surveying (2:1 minimum).
• Understanding of the technical aspects of building surveying.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and surveys.
• Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assist with cost estimates.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support project teams in delivering building projects.
