Job summary

Turner & Townsend offers a 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) in Building Surveying in Manchester. From day one, you’ll join a structured development plan, build internal networks, and deepen industry knowledge relevant to real estate, infrastructure, and programme delivery.

You’ll work with a dedicated Graduate Development Manager and receive a blend of technical and behavioural training designed to prepare you for APC through the Building Surveying pathway.

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or MSc conversion with 2:1 minimum is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are valued for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Conducting building inspections and surveys.
• Preparing detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting project teams in the delivery of building projects.
