Job summary

Amey is hiring a Graduate Building Surveyor in the UK. The role involves delivering and maintaining buildings for client portfolios, with opportunities to work on national projects and a variety of surveying activities from day one.

You will collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to design and project management tasks, and develop practical skills while shaping the country's infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and contribute to project teams.
• Degree required: Building Surveying with 2:1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective delivery and maintenance of buildings for client portfolios.
• Lead/assist with Design and Project Management for minor fit-out projects for national clients.
• Support Asset Capture, Asset Condition, Building/ Historic Building Condition surveys and Void surveys.
• Assist with RAAC, Cell Door Fire Compliance and CDM Principal Designer responsibilities.
