Turner & Townsend is launching a 24‑month Graduate Development Programme in Building Surveying in the UK. You will work within our Real Estate department, gaining hands‑on experience in dilapidations, due diligence, development monitoring, and project management.

A dedicated GDP Manager will guide your progress and ensure you build technical and commercial competencies. You’ll receive a tailored development plan, a blend of technical and behavioural training, and opportunities to pursue

Qualifications

• Academic credentials: A RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion in Building Surveying, achieving 2:1 minimum.
• Technical understanding of building surveying concepts and practices.
• Interest in real estate and the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and surveys.
• Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assist with cost estimates for projects.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support project teams in delivering building projects.
