Turner & Townsend offers a 24-month Graduate Development Programme to become a well-rounded Building Surveyor, with day‑one immersion, a structured development plan, and a Graduate Development Manager guiding you through technical and commercial competencies. The program includes professional qualification support and exposure to building surveying disciplines.

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying (achieved or on track for a 2:1 minimum).
• Understanding the technical aspects of building surveying and the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and surveys.
• Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assist with the preparation of cost estimates.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support project teams in the delivery of building projects.
