No QTS required for this classroom-support role; you will work with colleagues to reflect, repair relationships and maintain safeguarding awareness. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and pass DBS checks.

Formación

• Relevant experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
• A calm, reliable approach and strong communication with colleagues.
• Sound professional boundaries and safeguarding awareness.
• QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide calm check-ins and structured support across the school day.
• Use agreed regulation and de-escalation strategies consistently.
• Help pupils reflect, repair relationships and return to learning.
• Share objective observations with teaching and pastoral colleagues.
