KPI RECRUITING LTD is seeking a resilient, proactive Behaviour Mentor to provide one-to-one support to children and young people with barriers to education. You will work with schools to assist pupils who may have experienced exclusions, have additional needs, or struggled to re-engage with education.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply, with psychology/sociology/criminology/education backgrounds

Formación

• Graduate from any discipline; psychology/sociology/criminology/education backgrounds advantageous.
• Calm under pressure; patient and adaptable.
• Able to build positive relationships with young people.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one support to children and young people facing barriers to education.
• Support pupils with exclusions, additional needs and re-engagement.
• Mentor and pastoral support to develop confidence and positive behaviours.
• Accompany pupils on outings and community activities to build social skills.
