Job summary

KPI RECRUITING LTD is recruiting a resilient and adaptable Behaviour Mentor to support young people in education. You will provide one-to-one mentoring and pastoral support in schools and the wider community.

We welcome graduates from any discipline; psychology, sociology, criminology or education are advantageous. A patient, calm and adaptable approach, strong communication, and a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle are essential.

Help Young People Overcome Barriers to Education

Are you a graduate looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in young people's lives?

We are recruiting a

resilient and adaptable Behaviour Mentor to provide one-to-one support to young people experiencing behavioural difficulties, additional needs, school exclusions or time away from education.

You will help pupils rebuild confidence, develop positive behaviours and re-engage with learning through tailored mentoring in educational settings and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

Build positive relationships and encourage engagement with education.

Support emotional regulation, social skills and positive behaviour.

What We're Looking For

A graduate from any discipline; Psychology, Sociology, Criminology or Education are advantageous.
