Apprentify, in partnership with Flourish, is hiring a Graduate Business Development Representative in Andover. You will engage with prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and help build a healthy sales pipeline while receiving comprehensive training.

This graduate role offers £28,000-£32,000 base with £8,000-£12,000 OTE in the first year, uncapped commission, and clear progression into senior commercial roles. Modern offices and a supportive team culture in Andover.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or degree-level education required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
