Flourish is partnering with an exciting client to hire a Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel their expansion. You will generate and qualify new opportunities, support customer engagement, and help drive business growth, with structured training, coaching, and a clear path to progression within a growing organisation.

The role sits at the heart of the commercial function, offering a competitive base salary (£28,000-£32,000) plus OTE (£8,000-£12,000).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers
• Conducting outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying leads and generating meetings for the sales team
• Building relationships with key decision-makers
• Following up on opportunities and re-engaging inactive accounts
• Maintaining an organised and accurate sales pipeline
• Recording activity and customer information within the CRM system
• Achieving agreed activity and performance objectives
