Apprentify is seeking a Graduate Business Development Representative in Reading. You will engage potential customers, qualify opportunities, and build relationships with senior decision-makers while receiving structured graduate training and ongoing coaching.

Starting salary is £35,000 with uncapped commissions and a realistic first-year earnings of £50,000+. The role is office-based, five days per week, with clear progression within a growing international organisation.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or individuals at the beginning of their careers.
• No extensive sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed.

Responsabilités

• Researching and identifying prospective business customers
• Conducting outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers
• Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer needs
