Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

Are you a motivated individual with a knack for sales and at least one year's experience in telephone-based roles? Do you want to earn uncapped commission? If so, we want to hear from you!

The Portfolio Group partners with an industry-leading firm that provides consultancy services to SMEs across the UK and Ireland. They are seeking a Graduate B2B Sales Consultant to join their team. As a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will network with senior business owners and directors to introduce their services.

The role is based in the office in Hinckley.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential clients via telephone to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth.
  4. Provide detailed product information and handle objections effectively.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
