The role offers diverse Building Surveying duties such as Contract Administration, Condition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence, and Dilapidations, supporting your APC journey to become chartered. Responsibilities include:

• Working proactively within a team
• Ensuring effective communication for project success and liaising with managers for financial control
