Full-time Self-Employed Residential Valuation Surveyor (Commercial experience advantageous) - PI covered - Estimated six-figure earnings depending on days/work commitment.

Location

Manchester and surrounding areas.

Job Details

Our client generally works on a 50/50 fee split and pays weekly via your Ltd entity.

They provide a full weekly diary and may consider part-time, but their preference is for full-time commitment. The work comprises approximately 80% residential short/long form and 20% commercial valuation work.

Support and Earnings

Consultants can accept or decline jobs freely. They provide access to Rightmove, all subscriptions, and charge about £40 per day for typing services.

London figures indicate an average fee of approximately £1,400, with a minimum of £750 per report (minimum commercial fee £1,750). They complete about 3,500-4,000 reports annually. Their long-established team of self-employed consultants can earn up to approximately £200,000 personally, with total net billings around £400,000 based on the 50/50 split.

Earnings

The Directors are happy to discuss realistic earnings, but six figures are achievable depending on days worked and working arrangements.
