Location: Manchester
Salary: £34,000-£37,000 basic salary + private sector benefits

I am seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join a North West Commercial Building Surveying team as part of a nationally recognized property multidisciplinary firm.

The Role
This is an all-encompassing building surveying opportunity. If you want to develop skills across all areas of building surveying, this is an excellent opportunity. Main duties include:
• Project management and contract administration
• Technical due diligence
• Dilapidations and lease advisory
• Party wall and neighbourly matters
• Mechanical and electrical consultancy
• Sustainability and ESG
What We’re Looking For
You should hold a relevant, RICS-accredited degree and ideally be working towards your APC. You are forward-thinking, industry-aware, and committed to high professional standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships are essential.
