The role will offer you a variety of work in a wide range of Building Surveying duties such as Contract Administration, Condition Surveys, Technical Due Dilligence and Dilapidations, allowing you to complete your APC and become chartered.They are a professional and forward-thinking business who are looking to attract the very best within the building surveying industry and in return will offer an interesting and long-term career opportunity. All About The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Working as a proactive team playerMaintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects and liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial controlDelivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely mannerRepresenting the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationshipsSupporting the senior managers in the day-to-day running of the businessMaintaining commercial and quality control procedures for projects under your controlManaging relationships with clients, contractors and colleaguesConducting individual study in your own time towards achieving chartered surveyor statusAll About You
Requirements:
Degree in Building SurveyingGood technical writing and communication skills (both internal and external)Developing skills in project management, EPCs/FRAs, repairs and maintenance and condition assessment beneficial (ongoing training will be provided)Strong numeracy skillsAbility to foster relationships with professionals of all levelAnalytical approach to problem-solvingCommitment to the company’s rigorous training programmWell-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage their timeA team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astuteEmployment benefits:
