Are you looking to take the next step in your building surveying career? A leading UK property consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of commercial projects with a respected firm known for its dynamic culture and commitment to professional development.

The Role:

You will support senior surveyors and project managers in delivering high-quality building surveying services to a diverse portfolio of clients. The role offers a great balance of professional work, including:

Preparing and managing schedules of condition, dilapidations, and building surveys

Assisting in contract administration and project management

Supporting in feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and defect analysis

Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants across the full lifecycle of projects

About You:

We’re looking for someone with a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Requirements:

1-3 years' experience in a similar building surveying role

Degree in Building Surveying or related field (RICS accredited)

Working towards APC (or keen to progress towards chartership)

Strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail

Full UK driving licence
