Job summary

Aon plc is launching its Actuarial Consulting Pensions – Graduate Programme 2027 (Regional) in London and across the UK. Start dates are 8 March 2027 or 1 September 2027, with a December 7, 2026 closing date.

You will develop into a credentialed actuary through on‑the‑job learning and the Launch Programme, focusing on pension schemes, pricing, and risk analysis. You will gain hands-on actuarial experience while working with client teams, AI-enabled tooling, and offshore support to enhance

Qualifications

• As Actuarial Consulting is a mathematically based career path you will need a strong numerical background.
• Achievement of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in maths, actuarial science or a highly numerical degree.
• Right to work in the UK for duration of role, and willingness to complete actuarial qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, reserving and pension scheme analysis models and review results.
• Support funding, valuations, data reconciliation and reporting for pension schemes.
• Collaborate with trustees, sponsors and internal teams to translate findings into insight.
• Assist in AI-enabled data preparation, scenario planning and documentation.
