Job summary

MIRABLE Solutions LTD in Gateshead is seeking a Graduate Account Manager to start a career in B2B sales. You will build a client portfolio across the North East, train in business development, and progress through a clear promotional path.

The role offers a base salary of £28,000-£30,000 with uncapped bonus, a guaranteed salary review after probation, 25 days holiday, pension, and all travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

• A degree in any discipline (Preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
• Motivated, ambitious, and eager to build a long-term career in sales.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new business opportunities and speaking with potential customers
• Building relationships through phone, email, LinkedIn and customer visits
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
• Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial agreements
• Managing and growing your own portfolio of customer accounts
• Keeping your sales pipeline organised using our CRM system
• Working towards achievable sales and activity targets with ongoing coaching
