MIRABLE Solutions LTD in Southampton is seeking an ambitious Internal Account Manager for a graduate entry role in B2B sales. You'll develop a portfolio across manufacturers sourcing specialist metal products, with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced colleagues.

From week one you'll learn business development, CRM usage, and consultative selling; as you build accounts you'll earn an uncapped bonus and see regular salary reviews after probation.

Formación

• A degree in any discipline (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence speaking with new people
• A motivated and ambitious mindset
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A genuine desire to build a long‑term career in sales
• A full UK driving licence

Responsabilidades

• Identifying new business opportunities and speaking with potential customers
• Building relationships through phone, email, LinkedIn and customer visits
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
• Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial agreements
• Managing and growing your own portfolio of customer accounts
• Keeping your sales pipeline organised using our CRM system
• Working towards achievable sales and activity targets with ongoing coaching
